Join our team as a Sales Representative at S.I.C.! In this role, you will be the face of our company to our clients.
Responsibilities
Your main mission will be to understand our clients’ needs and offer them our high-quality services. To achieve this, you will:
- Prospect and develop a portfolio of clients in the metal construction and technical trades sectors.
- Ensure the follow-up and loyalty of existing clients, identify new opportunities, and renegotiate contracts when necessary.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to define staffing needs and actively participate in the selection of new employees and freelancers.
- Work closely with site managers by providing relevant and responsive solutions.
- Contribute to the commercial strategy and the development of the company’s image on the market.
Requirements
If you have proven experience in the temporary work or industrial subcontracting sectors, we would love to meet you.
- You are a business developer, skilled in both prospecting and managing existing clients.
- You enjoy recruiting and selecting technical personnel.
- You are mobile and open to frequent travel to client sites and project locations.
- You ideally speak multiple languages (French, Dutch, English).
- You thrive in a multicultural environment, working autonomously while collaborating efficiently with operational teams.
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and focused on customer service, quality, and profitability.
